Welcome to Aloi – Offline App, a free offline app service developed by Aloi Pvt. Ltd. (“Aloi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information that applies to our Service, and your choices about the collection and use of your information.

The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at Aloi – Offline unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Aloi collects and how it is used

We collect and use your personal information to operate our platform and deliver the services you have requested. Your personal Information shared with us shall be treated as Confidential Information and shall be protected from disclosure to other third parties unless we are given permission to disclose. 

We may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available for users of the digital token loan system and its affiliates. The overall anonymized summary data which included personal or transactional information may be shared openly to the public as a part of company metrics.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not sell, rent or lease our user lists to third parties. However, we may share relevant personal information necessary for operation of business with our partner/member financial institutions. As our app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information protected by Privacy Act, 2075 (2018) except to provide services to us, and they shall be required to maintain the confidentiality of your information pursuant to the applicable laws of Nepal.

We may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: 

(a) confirm to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served by the digital token loan system; 

(b) protect and defend our rights or property; and/ or 

(c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of digital token loan system, or the public.

Automatically Collected Information

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Aloi Pvt. Ltd. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the services, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Aloi Pvt. Ltd. software, platform, and website.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of sixteen (16). If you are under the age of sixteen (16), you are not supposed to use the services provided by the digital token loan system.
