Prof. Aditya Singh
Prof. Aditya Singh

Prof. Aditya Singh is Director of Athena School of Management in Mumbai – India where he also teaches Impact Leadership and Differential Thinking. He has decades of experience across the corporate sector, consulting, academia & entrepreneurship and is a global speaker, faculty & advisory board member.
Prof. Singh is a Salzburg Global Fellow in Corporate Governance. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) in London, Fellow of the Royal Asiatic Society of Great Britain & Ireland (FRAS) in London, Fellow of the Royal Anthropological Institute (FRAI) In London & Member of Chatham House - The Royal Institute of International Affairs in London.
Prof. Singh is Chair of the GBSN Sustainable Finance & ESG Investments Impact Community. He is a Steering Committee member of the Good Governance Academy’s Training initiative – GGTA & the RSA’s Sustainability Network. He is a member of the India Advisory Council of the Business Graduates Association (part of the Association of MBAs - AMBA). He has completed the Wharton School’s Accelerated Development Program (ADP), Doctoral Scholar at the University of Bath (UK) and holds an MBA (PGDM) from the S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research in Mumbai.

Claudia Marcusson

Claudia Marcusson has over 20 years of financial industry expertise in investment management, insurance and banking having worked in the U.S., U.K., Germany, The Netherlands and Singapore.
Since 2001 she is a mentor, board advisor and VC investor in startups & scale-ups with a special focus on FinTech and Sustainability. She is an investment advisor to Venture Capital funds in Europe and Singapore and a mentor & advisor to several Accelerators in Singapore, Germany, Korea and India.
Since 2015 Claudia has been living in Singapore where she joined Standard Chartered Bank in 2019 as Strategy & Innovation Lead building the corporate venture arm and running entrepreneurship & innovation programs for the bank, partners and regulators. In 2021 she got promoted to Global Head of Client Experience Center in which she leads innovative co-creation programs with corporate clients worldwide. Claudia is a licensed instructor and expert in Human-Centred Design, Lean Start-up, agile methods and certified SCRUM Master.
She is an Adjunct Lecturer on emerging technologies, corporate innovation & entrepreneurship, digital transformation and sustainability at the National University of Singapore, and gives training to corporates and C-suite executives at Singapore Management University and Singapore Academy of Law.
Claudia holds an LL.M. degree in Chinese Business Law as well as an M.Sc. in Economics and Operations Research.

Joachim is a veteran in the civil society and development sector for over 20 years. He is currently the founder and director of Civil Society Academy (within Welthungerhilfe). Previously he was Regional Director of South Asia at Welthungerhilfe.
