About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Technical Product Manager to the overall technology department at Aloi. They will be managing the development team, defining and prioritizing user requirements, and serves as liaison between the business team and development team. They will be in charge of managing technology implementation, troubleshooting any potential issues, communicating work details, and training users to use our technology platform, according to the company’s requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translating business product managers’ strategies to tasks for development. Work closely with the Product Manager to help formulate the roadmap and align with product vision
- Managing and prioritizing the product backlog
- Ensure delivery of the product – manage the release deadlines and milestones, and stand-up routine with the development team
- Manage and lead the crossfunctional development team
- Coordinate with the development team and functional client or stakeholder to prepare business and functional requirements.
- Responsible for improvement/enhancement and stability of the modules of the system
- Develop software documentations like requirement documentation, process documentations, system design and workflows, training materials, user manuals, etc.
- Test the system, compare against the software outputs, document and communicate to the development team
- Support in Information Security Procedures
- Responsible for providing implementation support such as system training, demos and technical support to the clients, teams and users.
- Coordinate with related vendors for the overall improvement of the product and processes
- Monitor all the platforms, including websites, cloud resources, and applications. as well as field implementation
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least 2 years’ of work experience in a software development field is required
- Bachelor’s in IT related fields
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Nepali
- Familiarity with project management tools, documentation tools and design tools
- Familiarity with financial technology will be a plus
- Must be comfortable with system training
- Takes initiative to problem solve, provide feedback, and continuously improve
- Must be a self-starter and team player
