Administrative Officer

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Station: On-Site / Kuleshwor, Kathmandu

Offered Monthly Gross Salary: NRs. 20,000/-

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm / Sunday – Thursday

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Administrative Officer to support the daily operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.

● Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office facilities and equipment.

● Oversee the overall procurement process of the company, including contacting vendors, preparing and comparing quotations, and undergoing necessary negotiations.

● Maintain good relationship with the existing vendors.

● Prepare and maintain required documents, and records, and report directly to the Co-Founders and Talent Manager on a weekly basis.

● Manage and monitor company assets on a timely manner, conduct regular asset-check.

● Coordinate and assist cross-functional department members for proper logistics and payment management.

● Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other sessions.

● Assist in onboarding new hires, including managing official assets for the new hires.

● Process invoices, expense reports, and assist in budget tracking.

● Coordinate with the finance department to manage petty cash and reconcile accounts.

● Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.

● Respond to inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.

Required Qualifications and Skills

● Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role

● Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

● Excellent organizational and leadership skills

● Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

● Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software

● Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage

● Bachelor’s degree in management or any other relevant field is preferred

● 2-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
