Position: Product Manager (EV Market Development)

Offered Monthly Salary: Nrs. 30,000/- to 35,000/-
Working Hour: 9:30am to 5:30pm / Sunday to Thursday
About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Product Manager to be a part of our dynamic product team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to:
- Identify new EV market opportunities and execute strategies for market expansion.
- Assist in building and managing relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful market entry and business growth.
- Support the company’s market development initiatives to drive revenue and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on potential EV markets, including customer needs, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments.
- Analyze EV market trends and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide detailed reports and insights on EV market conditions, identifying areas for potential growth.
- Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, including market positioning, pricing strategies, and distribution channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to support successful market entry.
- Monitor market entry initiatives, collecting data and feedback to adjust strategies as needed.
- Identify and help build relationships with potential partners, including distributors, regulators, and key industry players.
- Support negotiations and partnership agreements that align with the company’s market development goals.
- Implement a pilot test of the identified market before handover to sales and operations departments.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring smooth execution of market development initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that increase brand visibility and market awareness.
- Track and report on the progress of market development initiatives, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Regularly provide updates to the senior management, highlighting opportunities, risks, and progress.
- Adjust strategies and initiatives based on market feedback, data analysis, and performance outcomes.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in project management, market development, business development, or related roles. (Transport sector preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in market research, strategy execution, and partnership management.
- Strong analytical and research skills with a deep understanding of transport market dynamics.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Collaborative and proactive, with the ability to work across teams and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of market research tools, CRM software, and data analysis
