About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Technology Development Coordinator to support the technology and product teams by providing system training, assisting in creating training materials, performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and providing technical support to stakeholders and clients. The role also includes helping the Product Owner in various coordination tasks to enhance product development efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Training and Support
- Conduct system training sessions for internal teams and clients to ensure effective use and understanding of the software.
- Create, update, and manage training materials, guides, and FAQs tailored to various user levels.
- Provide ongoing support for users post-training, addressing questions and technical issues promptly.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to prepare UAT plans, test cases, and scenarios for new features and releases.
- Conduct UAT sessions, document results, and ensure that software meets user requirements.
- Collect feedback from UAT participants, report issues to the development team, and verify fixes.
- Technical Support
- Act as the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues, assisting with troubleshooting and providing solutions or escalation to the technical team as necessary.
- Maintain a log of common issues and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Assistance to the Product Owner
- Assist the Product Owner in coordinating product development tasks, including requirements gathering and tracking progress on feature requests.
- Document product requirements, user feedback, and other insights to help guide development priorities.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on training schedules, software changes, and UAT outcomes.
- Support client onboarding by ensuring smooth access to training, support resources, and a clear understanding of product functionalities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year in a technology-related role (fresh graduates with relevant internships or projects are welcome to apply).
- Basic understanding of software development, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Ability to train diverse audiences on software usage and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing processes and technical troubleshooting; experience in providing customer or client support is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
