Job Summary
An exciting new opportunity awaits you as we are hiring an Operations Officer for our Agriculture Business Development in a rapidly growing fin-tech company, Aloi Private Limited. Aloi Private Limited is a technology company that builds loan insight software. You would be mostly working from our office in Kuleshwor, Kathmandu and go on field visits as necessary.
Major Responsibilities:
● Focusing on day to day activities related to different value chains.
● Able to perform operational analysis and risk management strategies for smooth project operation.
● Assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of project related activities.
● Coordinating logistics for training sessions, including venue booking, material preparation, and participant communication.
● Proper client relationship management, engaging with farmers, cooperatives, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide support accordingly.
● Excellent interpersonal and client management skills.
● Maintaining accurate records of project related documents and programs, compiling reports summarizing training outcomes, participant progress, feedback, and any relevant documentation.
● Contributing to quality assurance efforts by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting enhancements.
● Participating in team meetings, sharing insights, and contributing to overall team success.
● Undertaking any ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualification and Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture is preferred but not required
● Experience in delivering training and informative sessions
● Proficiency in documentation and excellent communication skills
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in both Nepali and English
● Self motivated with proactive approach and result driven mindset
● Outgoing personality, influencer and a team player
